Warranty

All products manufactured and marketed by Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. are covered under the following warranty:

In the unlikely event that problems are experienced with any Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. product, a factory representative will arrange an on-site inspection. If during this inspection, any components are determined to contain defects in the material or workmanship, they will be replaced free of charge.

At any point the customer feels that the product is not performing as expected and wishes to return it, full credit will be issued (stocking charges may apply).

NOTE:  The core of the ARCH Twister Tensioner is guaranteed for the life of the conveyor.  Should it fail, Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. will replace it free of charge.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. Please contact us before returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Shipping Policy

Whenever possible, we ship orders via Federal Express (FedEx). Our policy is to strive for the best combination of price and service possible for your shipment.

“Next Day Air” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. “Second Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by Federal Express. Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring — we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Some products are subject to shipping restrictions because of size, weight or chemical composition, and may be delayed because of these reasons.

Seasonal busy periods may prevent or delay Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air deliveries.

Return Policy

Arch Environmental Equipment is committed to providing products of high quality and value. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or credit.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased from Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc.

Shortages

Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so please check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives in damaged condition, notify us at once. Please do not return damaged goods to us unless instructed to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.

How to Return Merchandise

If you need to return an item, contact us to request an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the package(s). DO NOT write on the items to be returned!

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

NOTE: All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. If approved, credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. reserves the right to assess a restocking charge.

International Returns

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.

Privacy Policy

Our own internal purposes in meeting and fulfilling your orders. Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will use any information supplied by you only for internal purposes. We will not sell or provide any information about you to any third parties unless required to do so in completing your credit card purchase. You should note the following:

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

While Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Web Site, Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to the Web Site’s accuracy. Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Web Site.

Orders, Payment Terms, Interest, and Taxes

Orders are not binding upon Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. until accepted by Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc.  Terms of payment are within Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc.’s sole discretion.  Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice.  Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. may invoice parts of an order separately.

Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.  The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Governing Law

This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. The customer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in McCracken County, Kentucky for purposes of any suit, action of proceeding arising out of this sale agreement.
