Why your Business Needs Them

Personal Protection

Arch personal protection products generally fall into two categories: pre-start alarms and emergency stop pull cord switches.

Here are a few features about each and how our products exceed the competition.

Pre-start alarms are audible and/or visual alarms that are activated prior to starting the machine to ensure that no one is on or near the conveyor.

CTS 900 Audio/Visual Pre-Start Alarm

• Fire Damage Restoration Poway Alarm buzzer and flashing strobe light
• Heavy-duty housing
• Corrosion proof
• IP 65 degrees of protection

Emergency stop pull cord switches are installed along the length of the conveyor and connected by a vinyl cord that can stop the conveyor in case of an emergency.  Heavy duty construction allows for a spacing of up to 330 feet (100 M).

CTS 100 Standard Rotary Switch

• Corrosion Proof Construction (polycarbonate/stainless steel)
• Self-wiping rotary switch
• Two normally open and two normally closed contacts
• Must be manually reset in order to restart conveyor

CTS 200L Standard with Trip Light

• Corrosion Proof Construction (polycarbonate/stainless steel)
• Self-wiping rotary switch
• Two normally open and two normally closed contacts
• Trip light is illuminated when activated so it can be seen by maintenance personnel
• Must be manually reset in order to restart conveyor

CTS 300 PSW Trip Light & Pre-Start Alarm

• Corrosion Proof Construction (polycarbonate/stainless steel)
• Self-wiping rotary switch
• Two normally open and two normally closed contacts
• Trip light is illuminated when activated so it can be seen by maintenance personnel
• Must be manually reset in order to restart conveyor
• Internal Pre-start Alarm
